Butcher’s Daughter Team Opens Vegetarian Mexican Spot in Silver Lake

De Buena Planta, a vegetarian Mexican concept from The Butcher’s Daughter team, is expanding to a new location in Silver Lake. The new 5,000 square foot garden space features greenery and aesthetic decor, offering a permanent dining experience compared to its original Venice pop-up. The menu is 100% vegetarian and gluten-free, with plenty of vegan options including popular dishes like Sopita de Albondigas, Oaxacan Bowl, and Enchiladas Pipian. Guests can also enjoy tequila and mezcal-based cocktails, as well as natural wines from Valle de Guadalupe.
