The campaign, which has been successful in India, aims to offer more plant-based food options in institutions every Tuesday. Vietnam's high meat consumption, dependence on fossil fuels, and vulnerability to climate change make it an ideal target for the Green Tuesday Initiative. By partnering with over 100 institutions, the campaign aims to replace animal products with plant-based options and promote sustainable eating habits to help lower the country's carbon footprint.
