Canada’s Odd Burger Aims For Global Expansion With 150 New Locations

Canadian vegan fast food chain Odd Burger is set to expand globally with 150 new locations, primarily in Asia. The chain plans to open 145 outlets in India and five in Singapore, offering plant-based alternatives to beef, chicken, bacon, eggs, and dairy in their menu items. Odd Burger has already established a strong presence in Canada with over 90 locations and is also working on expanding into 25 US states, as well as Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

India, where the vegan food market is growing, is a key target for Odd Burger's expansion. With a significant number of people following meat-free and vegan diets in the country, there is a growing demand for plant-based options. India's familiarity with plant-based cuisine and increasing awareness about the ethical, environmental, and health implications of animal agriculture make it a promising market for Odd Burger's vegan offerings.
