Caribou Coffee has introduced its first vegan food offering, the JUST Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread, available at all locations nationwide. The sandwich features a folded JUST Egg, Violife smoked provolone cheese, roasted tomatoes, and vegan pesto on a warm flatbread.
