CarobWay to Unveil Carob-Derived Prebiotic Fiber at IFT First 2025

CarobWay will be unveiling CarobBiome, a carob-derived prebiotic fiber, at IFT First 2025 in Chicago. This fiber is described as a naturally derived prebiotic ingredient with naturally occurring polyphenols that nourish gut microbiota without causing bloating, gas, or discomfort. CarobBiome contains 85% fibers, including insoluble fibers for regulating bowel functions and soluble fibers with antioxidants for prebiotic and microbiome-balancing properties.

The prebiotic effects of CarobBiome are currently undergoing preclinical assessment and are said to help regulate appetite, blood-sugar levels, and digestion. This prebiotic fiber is heat-stable, has a neutral flavor, and is suitable for various applications.
