These new offerings are part of the brand's 'Our Plant Based' range, available in 210 Sainsbury’s stores in the UK. Cathedral City, owned by Saputo Dairy, aims to continuously innovate in the plant-based cheese category and cater to the growing demand for dairy-free alternatives.

The new Extra Mature block is made mainly from coconut oil, dried rice syrup, and potato starch, while the spread also includes soya protein concentrate.
