Celebrate World Vegan Day with New Vegan Flavors from Insomnia Cookies

In honor of World Vegan Day, Insomnia Cookies is releasing two limited-edition vegan cookie flavors: Vegan Pecan Pie and Vegan Caramel Apple Pie. These new vegan options will be available from November 1-13 for in-store purchase, local delivery, or nationwide shipping. The Vegan Pecan Pie Cookie features a brown sugar base with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and toasted pecans, while the Vegan Caramel Apple Pie Cookie includes salted caramel, apple, and caramel chips.

In addition to the new vegan cookies, Insomnia Cookies is also introducing a limited-edition vegan ice cream called the Vegan B’Day Ice Cream Cake Ice Cream. This oat milk-based ice cream is filled with birthday cookie pieces, white icing swirls, and rainbow sprinkles and is available at select locations while supplies last. Insomnia Cookies, known for its late-night cookie delivery service, offers a variety of vegan options on its regular menu and frequently introduces new vegan flavors to cater to its vegan-friendly customer base.
