Chaumont Vegan Opens Second Location in Santa Monica

Chaumont Vegan, a vegan French bakery, has opened a new location in Santa Monica, following the success of its original location in Beverly Hills. Known for its delicious vegan pastries such as croissants and eclairs, the bakery has become a favorite among vegan and non-vegan customers alike. The bakery takes great care to prepare its vegan items separately from its non-vegan offerings, ensuring a high standard of quality and taste.

Co-owners Laila Abddaim and Frederic Laski decided to open a bakery in Santa Monica to introduce more people to plant-based cuisine. With separate preparations for vegan and non-vegan items, the bakery aims to show customers that vegan food can be just as delicious and satisfying. Currently in its soft opening phase, Chaumont Santa Monica operates from 7:30am to 3pm daily, with plans to officially open in early April.
