Chicago’s XMarket Food Hall is adding Kitchen 17’s vegan deep-dish pizza to its lineup, creating a haven for comfort food lovers. Known for crafting delectable vegan comfort food entirely from scratch, Kitchen 17 offers a menu featuring house-made meats, cheeses, desserts, and a full bar. Their iconic deep-dish pizza, now available for nationwide shipping, will be introduced at the grand opening of the Midwest’s largest food hall on October 5-8.

XMarket’s PlantX CEO expressed excitement over the addition of Kitchen 17 to the food hall, emphasizing that their deep-dish pizza will be a draw for both vegans and non-vegans. Kitchen 17 will introduce a limited-menu concept at XMarket, offering pan-style pizza, personal-sized deep-dish pizzas, seitan wings, and house-made desserts.
