Chinese Plant-Based Innovator STARFIELD Showcases Diverse Product Range at IFE 2025 in London

Chinese plant-based brand STARFIELD is currently participating in the International Food & Drink Event (IFE) 2025 in London, showcasing a diverse range of plant-based snacks including potato chips, bakery products, and plant-based cheese. The company is also highlighting its meat alternatives such as Whole-Cut Vegan Pastrami, Plant-Based Bacon, and Plant-Based Ham Slices among others. STARFIELD has a wide portfolio that includes beef, chicken, pork, and seafood alternatives, as well as plant-based snacks and toppings, and has launched plant-based menu items in China at various locations.

With a production base in Xiaogan that was established in 2021, STARFIELD has closed a $100 million funding round in 2022 to strengthen their team, recruit talent, and improve channels and brand building. The company hopes that its participation and success at IFE 2025 may indicate a growing global market for Chinese-made alternative protein products. Founder and CEO Kiki Wu stated that STARFIELD has been dedicated to creating tasty and healthy plant-based options appealing to both buyers and consumers since its inception. The event, which started on March 17 and ends today on March 19, features over 1,500 exhibitors and more than 30,000 industry professionals.
