CleanBean utilizes high-moisture extrusion (HME) technology to create a meat-like texture with minimal ingredients, consisting of soy protein, water, and natural flavors. The products are free of cholesterol and offer high levels of protein and fiber. Beev Steaklets contain 20.8 grams of protein and 7.6 grams of fiber per 100 grams, while Chickn Bites contain 22.8 grams of protein and 6.8 grams of fiber per 100 grams, making them a nutritious and versatile option for a variety of culinary traditions.
