Coffee Drinks in the Future Will All Be Vegan, According to These Cafés

Six coffee shops were challenged to create coffee drinks of the future, all of which are dairy-free as part of a campaign led by vegan oat milk brand Minor Figures. The campaign, called the "Off World" Tour, aims to showcase the importance of coffee and climate change, highlighting the need for more sustainable practices in the coffee industry to ensure its future sustainability.

Each café participating in the campaign has come up with unique and innovative dairy-free coffee drinks that push the boundaries of traditional coffee experiences. From fig and rosemary lattes to blue spirulina chai drinks, these creations are meant to inspire others to consider plant-based milk alternatives for a more environmentally friendly option. The campaign serves as a creative and interactive way to engage more people in conversations about the future of coffee and its impact on the environment.
