Costco Adds Violife Vegan Mozzarella Shreds to Midwest Shelves

Costco is now offering Violife Just Like Mozzarella Shreds in its Midwest locations, making it easier for shoppers to create cheesy vegan recipes. These shreds come in larger 26.5 oz bags and are made with ingredients like coconut oil, potato and corn starch, sea salt, and vegan mozzarella flavor. They are free from common allergens like gluten, nuts, and soy, and are Non-GMO Project verified and certified kosher. Violife's dairy-free cheese options have been popular with vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians, and cheese lovers since the 90s.

In addition to the mozzarella shreds, Costco will be adding Violife Just Like Cheddar Shreds to its Midwest locations and Just Like Mature Cheddar Slices to California and Hawaii. The brand is also launching new vegan cream cheese flavors, Mexican Style shreds, and American cheese slices in limited retailers. Violife offers a variety of plant-based cheeses, including blocks, slices, spreads, and unique options like creamy vegan feta and spreadable cheddar cream cheese. These additions cater to the growing demand for delicious and versatile vegan cheese options.
