CULT Food Science Subsidiary Signs Agreement for Supply of Cultivated Meat for Pet Treats

CULT Food Science Corp.'s subsidiary, Further Foods Inc., has signed a research and development supply agreement with a cultivated meat producer to create Noochies!, a line of pet treats made from lab-grown meat. The company will be introducing Noochies! at the Global Pet Show in Orlando, Florida, to showcase the product to distributors and consumers in the pet food industry. Further Foods is also expanding its distribution in Asia, focusing on Southeast Asia, where it has received initial orders from a distributor with ongoing discussions with other potential partners in the region.

The supplier of cultivated meat for Noochies! is seeking FDA approval for their product in pet food, currently going through the regulatory process. Once approval is granted, Noochies! will be able to market its products in the US without separate feeding trials, streamlining the commercialization process. Additionally, CULT Food Science has completed a debt settlement agreement to resolve outstanding debts, issuing shares to preserve cash reserves for working capital. Overall, the company is making progress towards making Noochies! a reality in the pet food market.
