Culver City’s Hey, Sunshine Kitchen Celebrates First Anniversary

Hey, Sunshine Kitchen (HSK) in Culver City is celebrating its first anniversary with a special event, showcasing a successful year of plant-based dining, community engagement, and sustainable initiatives. Founded by sisters Heather Golden Ray and Jenny Engel, the restaurant has served over 120,000 organic meals to happy customers since opening its doors on August 10, 2023. The diverse plant-based menu focuses on creating delicious and sustainable meals using locally grown, non-GMO, and organic ingredients.

To mark the milestone, Hey, Sunshine Kitchen is hosting a celebration on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 11am to 9pm. The anniversary event will feature special offers, complimentary drinks, fun gifts for kids, and branded tote bag giveaways as a way to thank the community for their continued support.
