A Canadian dairy company, Lactalis Canada, has reopened a former cow’s milk processing plant as a plant-based milk facility. The new brand, called "Enjoy!", will produce unsweetened oat, almond, and hazelnut milks that are high in protein. This move comes in response to the growing consumer demand for plant-based options that taste good and offer health benefits.

Plant-based milks have been gaining popularity in Canada, with 30 percent of Canadians having tried dairy alternatives in the past year. Lactalis Canada’s Enjoy! range stands out for its high protein content, with each flavor containing 8g of pea protein per 250ml serving. Market analysis suggests that the nutritional benefits of plant-based milks will contribute to their future growth, and Lactalis seems to have taken this into consideration with their new product line.
