Dare to Be Limeatless: Green Rebel Enters Philippines with NutriAsia Partnership

Indonesian plant-based company Green Rebel is expanding into the Philippines through a partnership with Filipino condiment manufacturer NutriAsia. Their ready-to-cook vegan products, such as rendang, fried chicken, ribs, and steaks, have received positive feedback during a consumer pilot in the Philippines. Green Rebel's products are already available in several Southeast Asian countries and are known for their sustainability, using less energy and water than animal-derived meat.

The collaboration with NutriAsia, the largest producer of condiments in the Philippines, will help Green Rebel reach a wider audience. A survey by the Good Food Institute found that Filipino consumers are increasingly open to plant-based meat alternatives for health and sustainability reasons. Green Rebel's launch in the Philippines aims to tap into this growing market, providing convenient and nutritious plant-based options to customers across the country.
