David Beckham Praises Vegan Michelin Restaurant: "Never Been Blown Away Like This"

David Beckham was highly impressed by the plant-based Michelin Star restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, during his recent visit to New York City. The former soccer player posted multiple times on Instagram about the “spectacular” food he enjoyed with his wife, Victoria Beckham. David expressed that he had never been so blown away by a meal before and praised the chef, Daniel Humm, calling the experience “pure genius.”

The Beckhams indulged in the full-tasting menu option, which included dishes such as stuffed avocado, silken tofu, mushrooms prepared in six ways, and grape mochi. After the extensive dining experience, the couple explored Clemente Bar, a new plant-based bar concept by Humm and artist Francesco Clemente. Despite a private event taking place at the bar, the Beckhams “insisted” on visiting and experienced globally-inspired drinks and plant-based snacks in a relaxed setting.
