Dough Joy Donuts to Open Brick-and-Mortar in Seattle

Dough Joy Donuts, a popular vegan food truck in Seattle known for their handmade yeast-raised donuts, is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Capitol Hill before the end of the year. The founders, Sean Willis and Christopher Ballard, have launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the new shop, with plans to use the money for new kitchen equipment to keep up with the demand for their donuts.

While the new location is being prepared, Dough Joy's food truck will continue to operate in the Ballard neighborhood, serving up their classic donuts like the Little Dippers and the Strawberry Milkshake donut.
