Dragons’ Den Startup Omni Fetches $14.5M in Funding for Vegan Dog Food

London-based vegan pet food maker Omni has secured £11 million ($14.5 million) in Series A funding to expand its market reach and explore opportunities in the US. The investment was led by IW Capital and Redrice Ventures, with participation from other investors such as entrepreneur Deborah Meaden.

Omni, founded in 2020, offers a range of plant-based foods and supplements for dogs, experiencing a significant increase in sales over the past year. The funding will also support the development of an Ozempic-style weight-loss supplement for dogs and further research into allergen-free proteins.
