Actress Drew Barrymore recently served Woody Harrelson a vegan stuffed avocado on The Drew Barrymore Show, alongside co-star Matthew McConaughey. The dish was created by award-winning Vegan Vibrationz, inspired by Harrelson, while another vendor, Fernies, served "loaded lone star rings" inspired by McConaughey. Both dishes will be featured at the Texas State Fair in celebration of the actors' home state.

Harrelson, a longtime vegan, has emphasized the importance of diet in protecting the planet. McConaughey, who eats animal products, has also experimented with a vegetarian diet in the past. Barrymore, who grew up vegetarian and now follows a flexitarian diet, frequently advocates for plant-based eating. The founders of Vegan Vibrationz, the Cole brothers, aim to change lives through their vegan food at events like the Texas State Fair.
