Eco-Friendly Vegan Restaurant The Plot Opens Costa Mesa Location This Summer

The Plot, an innovative vegan restaurant known for its sustainable practices and unique plant-based dishes, is expanding from its original Oceanside location to open a new spot in Costa Mesa this summer. Owned by husband-and-wife duo Davin and Jessica Waite, The Plot has already gained popularity and accolades for its eco-friendly approach and delicious menu.
