EIT Food Accelerator Network Reveals Cohort of 65 Innovative Agrifoodtech Startups

The EIT Food Accelerator Network (EIT FAN) has announced its 2025 cohort of 65 agrifoodtech startups selected from a pool of applicants across Europe and Horizon Europe-associated countries. The startups are aligned with EIT FAN's strategic hubs, focusing on circular food solutions, new ingredients, sustainable food packaging, future-resilient agriculture, resilient supply chains, and food as medicine. Through the programme, these startups will receive mentorship, tech validation, and access to EIT FAN Corporate Programme Partners.

EIT FAN has supported 348 startups since 2018, helping them achieve growth, investment readiness, and commercial success through a hands-on curriculum, expert-led workshops, and industry connections. Notable startups in the 2025 cohort include DairyX Foods, PoLoPo, Differential Bio, and FermTech, each working on innovative solutions in functional milk proteins, plant bio-factories, advanced microbiology, and animal-free protein production.
