Eleven Madison Park’s Daniel Humm and Artist Francesco Clemente Team Up on First-of-Its-Kind NYC Bar

Chef Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park and artist Francesco Clemente have teamed up to create Clemente Bar, a plant-based cocktail lounge above the iconic restaurant in New York City. The bar, opening on October 10, will offer creative plant-based cocktails, inspired by both Humm's culinary expertise and Clemente's whimsical artwork. The space is designed to be intimate yet innovative, serving as a destination in its own right.

Clemente Bar will feature a curated menu of plant-based snacks and cocktails, with imaginative garnishes and unique flavor profiles. The bar will also offer a tasting counter experience, pairing cocktails with a four to five-course plant-based menu sourced from Humm's farm. With a focus on sustainability and driving awareness of food choices, Humm aims to create a welcoming environment where guests can enjoy high-quality drinks and bites in a relaxed setting.
