Elmhurst 1925, known for their plant-based milk products, has now launched a one-ingredient plant-based chicken sold in powder form. The product, called TerraMeat, is made from hemp protein and provides 26g of protein per serving. Unlike other plant-based chicken products on the market with long ingredient lists, TerraMeat offers a clean-label option that can be rehydrated with water and oil, spiced for extra flavor, and microwaved to create a plant-based cutlet.
