Livekindly Collective has acquired TiNDLE Foods' plant-based meat business in the US, the UK, and Germany. This acquisition comes after TiNDLE Foods decided to focus on private-label meat alternatives in Europe, leading to the divestment of its US operations. Livekindly Collective, known for brands like Oumph, Like, and Fry's, will manufacture and distribute TiNDLE Foods' products in these three key markets, including through platforms like Hungryroot.

The acquisition strengthens Livekindly Collective's B2B business, which has seen significant growth over the past year. With a focus on expanding its plant-based food portfolios, the company is projecting up to 200% growth for its B2B business in 2026.
