Expansion of fermentation capacity at Food Brewer AG through Steinecker technology

Steinecker GmbH is expanding its partnership with Food Brewer AG by providing bioreactor technology to increase fermenting capacity at their technical center in Horgen, Switzerland. The new bioreactor will quadruple output and enable Food Brewer to produce cocoa and coffee cells at a higher automated level, leading to scaling opportunities for industrial production. The system is equipped with a circulation system that ensures microorganisms are properly supplied with nutrients, promoting vitality and viability of the cells.
