Fi Europe has announced the finalists of its 2025 Innovation Awards, with a record number of submissions at 177. The finalists cover a range of categories including Dairy Alternative, Food Manufacturing, Future Foodtech, Health, Plant-based, and Sustainability Innovation Awards. Some of the finalists include companies like Ajinomoto Foods Europe, Tetra Pak, Handary, ADM International, and IFF, showcasing innovative ingredients and technologies in the food industry.

The finalists were selected by a panel of eleven industry experts, with winners set to be revealed at the 30th edition of the Fi Europe Celebration and Awards ceremony on December 2. The finalists will present their products in person during the show on December 1, with innovative solutions such as plant-based cheese texture enhancers, milk fat alternatives, and revolutionized fine grinding technology in the spotlight. These awards highlight the ongoing efforts and advancements in the food industry towards sustainability, health, and innovation.
