Fi India 2025 to Feature Plant-Based Proteins, Functional Ingredients & More

Fi India 2025, hosted by Informa Markets, will take place from September 3-5 in Delhi NCR, featuring over 250 exhibitors and expecting more than 15,000 attendees from over 50 countries. The event will showcase a variety of products including plant-based proteins, functional ingredients, nutraceuticals, and soy products, along with conferences, live demonstrations, and an innovative product showcase zone. The Fi India Awards will also recognize innovations in the Indian ingredients industry, while startups will have the opportunity to pitch to potential investors at the Fund Quest.

Industry associations like AFSTI, CASMB, AIFPA, HADSA, IBA, and SIB will be supporting Fi India 2025, emphasizing sustainable, clean-label ingredients and food security. The event addresses the changing demands of health-conscious and adventurous consumers in India, offering a platform for stakeholders to access trends, partnerships, and thought leadership to scale in the food innovation value chain.
