In the plant-based food world, Starbucks has introduced an Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, while Daiya launched single-serve dairy-free cream cheese packets. Impossible Foods also debuted crispy chicken fillets, and Swedish company Millow is building a factory to create vegan products made from oats and mycelium. Oshi's vegan salmon is now available for direct purchase, and Canadian restaurants will soon offer plant-based salmon on their menus.

NotCo and Kraft have collaborated to launch vegan mac and cheese cups, while Candy Kittens is expanding into vegan chocolate with Treets. Whole Foods Market now sells vegan croissants, Annie's Gluten-Free Bunny Grahams, Siete's Chocolate Chip Grain-Free Cookies, and Tropical Sours from Smart Sweets. Additionally, a new luxury vegan hotel has opened in Greece, and French hotel brand Novotel aims to make 25% of its menu offerings plant-based by 2026 as part of their sustainable food sourcing initiatives with the World Wide Fund for Nature.
