Fortune Bar at Portland’s Sentinel Hotel Launches New All-Vegan Menu

Brian Steadham of Dinger’s Deli has collaborated with Portland’s Sentinel Hotel to launch a new all-vegan menu at the hotel's restaurant, Fortune PDX. Known for his vegan sandwiches and hoagies, Steadham took a hiatus in 2021 before announcing a return to the Portland vegan food scene. The new vegan menu at Fortune PDX features elevated bar food like mozzarella sticks, grilled sandwiches, and nachos, as well as a local vegan charcuterie board with Dinger’s Deli vegan meats, Vtopia vegan cheese, and Thrilling Foods vegan bacon.

Fortune PDX is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm-12am and Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm-2am, offering live music and a Fortune teller on Fridays. The collaboration between Steadham and Fortune PDX brings back the iconic Dinger’s Deli Cuban sandwich for a limited time.
