CMS, the longest-running conference dedicated to cultivated meat, provides a forum for researchers, startups, and policymakers in the industry. The event will now be co-located with The Future of Protein Production Chicago conference, offering attendees a chance to engage with various alternative protein solutions.

The first CMS under FPG Media ownership is scheduled for February 24-25, 2026, in Chicago. Attendees can connect with a wider range of alternative protein stakeholders and benefit from shared exhibition access and networking opportunities. According to founder Alex Shirazi, joining FPG Media is a natural progression for CMS, given the organization's global reach and commitment to advancing alternative proteins.
