Fatrix, made from vegetable oil, water, and plant-based protein isolate, offers nutritional benefits, competitive costs, and strong performance across various applications in the bakery and dairy sectors. Gavan’s European facility allows for rapid scaling in response to market demand, with a focus on providing cost-effective, clean-label fat solutions to manufacturers.
