Berief Food will continue to operate as a largely independent unit under Müller's ownership. The acquisition will help Berief Food accelerate its international expansion efforts, particularly into Benelux and Eastern Europe.

Berief Food is known for its organic tofu line and a variety of plant-based milk options, such as oat, almond, and soy milks.
