GoodDot Partners With Hilton Hotels to Launch Plant Protein Culinary Festival Across India

Indian plant-based meat brand GoodDot has teamed up with Hilton Hotels to launch a Plant Protein Culinary Festival across India in celebration of Veganuary. The festival will feature a vegan menu at 32 Hilton properties, incorporating GoodDot's plant-based proteins into dishes such as Vegan Hyderabadi Lukhmi and Herbivore BBQ Burger. The collaboration aims to offer innovative plant-protein options that cater to evolving guest preferences and align with conscious dining trends.

GoodDot's efforts to introduce people to plant-protein foods have included previous partnerships with Kenilworth Hotels & Resorts and restaurant chain Haldiram’s. The company's CEO, Abhishek Sinha, sees Veganuary as a key opportunity to showcase the indulgent and globally inspired nature of plant-based cuisine. The plant protein festival at Hilton hotels will run daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm until February 13, providing guests with a chance to explore and enjoy a variety of flavorful, plant-based menu offerings.
