Ramsay will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, offering culinary guidance and business advice to help create nutritious and affordable options that address rising food prices and food insecurity. Borealis Foods specializes in plant-based, Halal, Kosher, egg and dairy free, non-GMO, and MSG-free products, with their Chef Woo brand offering 20 grams of protein per serving and being the world's first plant-based noodle brand.

Despite his controversial history in the vegan and plant-based community, Ramsay has recently embraced plant-based eating, admitting on his TV show that he loves vegan food.
