Daiya has introduced a new dairy-free cream cheese in single-serve 1oz packets for foodservice operators, meeting the demand for plant-based alternatives during breakfast hours. The product, made with Daiya’s Oat Cream blend, delivers a texture and flavor similar to traditional dairy cream cheese. The packets are designed for portability and ease of use, suitable for spreading on bagels, toast, and other applications, and are allergen-friendly with various certifications.

At the National Restaurant Association Show, Daiya showcased their new cream cheese packets alongside other new products, such as a Dairy-Free Cheese Sauce designed for nachos and hot dogs. The company has also received a FABI award for their dairy-free mozzarella shreds and updated their cream cheese and mac & cheese products with improved formulations using the Oat Cream blend. This new product aims to provide convenience without compromising on taste or quality, meeting the growing demand for plant-based options in foodservice environments.
