GRUBBY and ZOE Launch Plant-Based Meal Collection Built Around Fibre and Plant Diversity Targets

UK plant-based recipe kit subscription GRUBBY has partnered with gut health science company ZOE to launch a two-week collection of meal kits and ready meals focused on fibre and plant diversity. Each meal in the range delivers at least 14g of fibre, seven or more plant points, and protein sourced from whole foods. The dishes are scored against ZOE’s nutritional criteria and carry a co-branded stamp on the packaging to denote approval.

The collection coincides with the release of The Appetite Reset by ZOE’s Head of Nutrition Science, Dr Federica Amati, which explores the role of food in conjunction with medications like Ozempic and Mounjaro. The book emphasizes the importance of fibre, plant diversity, and high-quality protein in maintaining gut health and overall well-being. With only 5% of UK adults meeting the recommended daily fibre intake, these ZOE-approved meals aim to provide a convenient and delicious way to improve gut health through nutrition.
