GRUBBY Brings Pizza to Its Recipe Kit Range With Doughboys and Casadei Foods

UK plant-based recipe kit brand GRUBBY has launched a new pizza series in collaboration with Doughboys and Casadei Foods. The kits include four different pizza recipes, all made with 9-inch bases from Doughboys and plant-based mozzarella from Casadei Foods. These kits are designed to be quick and easy, going from box to table in under 20 minutes.

Three of the pizza recipes feature Casadei's plant-based mozzarella, including a margherita, pizza bianco, and Calabrese. The fourth recipe is cheese-free, with toppings such as shredded oyster mushrooms and sweetcorn. Both Doughboys and Casadei Foods have impressive backgrounds in foodservice, with Doughboys supplying hand-stretched, stone-baked bases and Casadei Foods producing Italian-style vegan cheeses in London.
