Grubby to Relaunch Allplants’ Ready Meals After Acquiring the Brand’s Recipe IP

Grubby has acquired the recipe IP for the ready meal brand Allplants, which was previously in administration. The plant-based meal kit company plans to relaunch Allplants' product range under its own brand, including pre-prepared meals, desserts, and healthy breakfast pots. This acquisition comes after Grubby recently launched a Marketplace feature on its website, allowing customers to order plant-based grocery items in addition to meal kits.

Allplants, founded in 2016, had achieved significant success before facing financial difficulties. Despite raising £67 million and serving millions of meals, the brand reported sustained losses and entered administration in late 2024. Grubby, on the other hand, reported positive sales growth in the preceding year and is now committed to bringing back the popular Allplants meals, known for their taste and nutrition, to customers who have missed them.
