Heather Mills has completely acquired the vegan online supermarket called "Alternative Stores," with plans to integrate it with products from her company V Bites. Alternative Stores currently offers a variety of vegan products, from allergen-free meals to ethical candy, and aims to be a one-stop shop for convenient alternative products. Mills hopes to create an ethical online store that supports family businesses and reduces the control of large corporations in the market.

Founded by Dan and Zahra John, Alternative Stores now has a webstore and a flagship storefront in Newcastle, England. While Zahra will continue to work with Mills and her team post-acquisition, Dan plans to retire. Mills, who is known for her entrepreneurship and advocacy for animal rights, sees this acquisition as a way to support small businesses and promote ethical shopping practices in the vegan community.
