Heather Mills Rescues VBites From Administration

Heather Mills has rescued her vegan meat brand VBites from administration with a £1 million deal, after the brand faced financial difficulties due to rising costs and competition in the plant-based meats market. VBites, which has been trading since 1993 and sells products in 28 countries, has been taken back under Mills' control with plans to make it a "market mover" in the industry.

Mills was devastated when the company went into administration, but has now re-employed 40 out of 84 staff and is working on bringing more back on board. She has personally taken control of operations, with the goal of continuing to make a positive impact in the global food economy. Despite challenges faced by some plant-based meat companies, the vegan food market remains strong, with projections showing significant growth and opportunities for companies like VBites to thrive in the future.
