Heura Launches Tex Mex Chunks in First of Five Product Launches Planned for 2025

Spanish plant-based meat brand Heura has launched Tex Mex Chunks, its first Mexican-style product as part of a planned five-product launch for 2025. The Tex Mex Chunks are additive-free, high in protein, and a good source of fiber and vitamin B12, providing 27% of the recommended daily protein intake. Heura made this move in response to the growing demand for Mexican food globally, which is expected to rise by $104.8 billion by 2028.
