The collaboration aims to offer a whole-cut chicken breast that provides a comparable taste and texture to traditional chicken fillets, making it appealing to a wide range of consumers, including meat lovers, flexitarians, vegans, and vegetarians.

The Suprême fillet, made with seven natural ingredients, offers nutritional values similar to traditional chicken fillets with 20g of protein per serving and a Nutri-Score rating of A. By addressing the challenge of dryness often associated with vegan chicken, Heura and Swap are positioning themselves to meet the preferences of European consumers who are increasingly incorporating plant-based foods into their diets. This collaboration marks a turning point for both companies, allowing them to expand their product offerings and reach a broader audience with high-quality, sustainable plant-based meat alternatives.
