HTBA Invests €25M in Spanish Production Site to Become “Only European Company Capable of Manufacturing All Active Forms of B12”

HealthTech BioActives (HTBA) has invested €25 million in modernizing its research, development, and manufacturing center in Murcia, Spain, making it the only European company capable of manufacturing all active forms of B12. This project includes the construction of a new production plant and the modernization of its existing citrus flavonoid plant. HTBA's upgraded facilities will allow for further development of their patented production process for diosmin, an ingredient that promotes blood circulation and addresses vascular discomfort.

The company's commitment to sustainability is evident in the new facilities, which employ renewable energy and advanced technology to optimize resource use. HTBA claims that 98% of waste generated can be recovered, revalued, or recycled.
