Jiwya Textiles, a luxury brand from India, has secured $350,000 in funding from UAE-based Kiara Luxe Holdings for its plant-based, soil-to-soil fashion model. The brand, founded by textile scientists, utilizes fully plant-based and biodegradable materials in collaboration with over 150 artisan clusters across India, implementing a zero-waste production model by upcycling all offcuts to prevent waste generation.

The funding will be utilized to expand Jiwya’s market presence globally, enhance production capabilities, deepen environmental and social impact initiatives, strengthen artisan partnerships, and accelerate research and development in plant-based fibers and dyes. Jiwya recently made its debut at London Fashion Week, presenting its SS26 Katidha Collection featuring garments crafted solely from plant-based fibers and dyes, showcasing India’s textile heritage and artisan craftsmanship while committing to soil-positive fashion.

This investment from Kiara Luxe Holdings will enable Jiwya to scale its regenerative supply chain and establish its presence in major cities worldwide, furthering innovation in plant-based textiles and expanding the brand’s reach through its artisan-led ecosystem.
