Inside Avant Garden Bistro, WeHo’s New Vegan Tapas Restaurant

Overthrow Hospitality, known for its plant-based empire in New York, is opening its first vegan restaurant on the West Coast. Avant Garden Bistro LA, located in West Hollywood, will feature new American vegan tapas and drinks in a French bistro-inspired interior and an enchanted forest-themed exterior. The menu, crafted by Chef Sarah Stearns, includes both NYC favorites and new signature dishes like Shaved Brussels and Cavatelli a la Diabla.

With a focus on vegan wine, beer, and cocktails, Avant Garden Bistro LA offers a sustainable wine list curated by Sommelier Brett Zimmerman, a diverse beer program, and creative low-ABV cocktails by Mixologist Sother Teague. The grand opening of Avant Garden Bistro LA is set for June 10th from 7 to 9pm, promising a unique and elegant dining experience that caters to vegans and non-vegans alike.
