Inside Avant Garden Bistro, WeHo’s New Vegan Tapas Restaurant

Ravi DeRossi, a notable vegan restaurateur and founder of Overthrow Hospitality, is expanding his plant-based empire to the West Coast with the opening of Avant Garden Bistro LA in West Hollywood.
