Is Legoland’s Ice Cream Really Vegan By Default? Here’s What We Know

Legoland's soft serve ice cream is rumored to be vegan by default, with a customer reporting that all soft serve at the park now uses a plant-based mix from Flora. The customer was told by a Legoland employee that a plant-based soft serve base is now the default option park-wide, backed up by a carton of Flora Professional plant-based Ice Cream Mix. Flora's mix is marketed as a dairy-identical option that can be enjoyed by all customers without requiring equipment changes or posing cross-contamination risks.

While official Legoland websites do not mention a park-wide switch to dairy-free ice cream, recent visitors to Legoland Windsor report that the park's restaurants offer various vegan and vegetarian options, including vegan burgers, nuggets, and tender, as well as vegan Magnum ice creams. Happy Cow users also mention ice cream cones made with Swedish Glace and plant-based Ben & Jerry's, vegan hot dogs, dairy-free cheese pizza, and a vegan-adaptable fried breakfast at the hotel. Overall, Legoland Windsor seems to provide a range of vegan options for visitors to enjoy.
