Japanese Airline ANA Launches Plant-Based Ramen on International Flights

All Nippon Airways (ANA) is offering a new plant-based ramen option for First and Business Class passengers on international flights, bringing a taste of Japan to the skies. The ANA Original Ramen features two flavors inspired by Japan’s culinary heritage: Negi Miso Ramen for flights departing from Japan and Tonkotsu Style Ramen for flights departing overseas. Both options cater to various dietary preferences while maintaining authentic flavor profiles.

ANA's Executive Vice President, Tomoji Ishii, expressed the airline's dedication to enhancing the in-flight dining experience with these new ramen offerings. Passengers can enjoy the Hokkaido miso-based Negi Miso Ramen or the Fukuoka tonkotsu-style Tonkotsu Ramen with gourmet ingredients such as garlic, ginger, sesame-based broth, and kikurage mushrooms.
